“I've worked alongside Richard for close to two years now. In those two years, I've seen him not only excel at the core elements of his job - like serving as a proxy customer working closely with product management and the stakeholders to define, prioritise and maintain the team's product backlog - but also learning how to become better and more efficient in his role every day.
